These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any services provided by Azerbaijanevisa.com, including but not limited to the obtaining of visas for their clients. All orders made by clients are accepted subject to the terms herein set out. Nothing on this site shall be construed as an offer by Azerbaijan Government or any associated government agency. This Website is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed by, nor affiliated in any manner whatsoever with the Government of Azerbaijan or any governmental agency. It provides the Service of visa processing to you in part through its website located at Azerbaijanevisa.com subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Processing Times

• Standard Service: 3-5 working days.

• Urgent Service: 24 hours.

• Super Fast Service: 3-5 hours.

Processing times are an indication and cannot be guaranteed. The Azerbaijan Government reserves the right to delay the process, refer an application, request further documentation and/or deny granting the visa altogether. We consequently strongly advise you not to book any airline tickets or hotels before obtaining your visa.

Service Fees

• Standard Service: $ 59.00 Inclusive $ 26.00 Azerbaijan Government fee and $ 33.00 service fee.

• Urgent Service: $ 119.00 Inclusive $ 61.00 Azerbaijan Government fee and $ 58.00 service fee.

• Super Fast Service: $ 149.00 Inclusive $ 61.00 Azerbaijan Government fee and $ 88.00 service fee.

All fees are non-refundable, even if the visa application is denied by the Azerbaijan Government. The confirmation of denial will be sent via an email to the applicant.

Eligibility and Restrictions 

E-visa is issued only to citizens of the countries approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as stateless persons permanently residing in those countries. Azerbaijanevisa.com collects, edits and prepares the visa information in good faith so as to make it convenient to read, based on sources provided by respective embassies, consulates or other authorities. However, Azerbaijanevisa.com is not responsible or liable for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

Entry and Exit Conditions 

E-visa currently cannot be used for entry into Azerbaijan by land. Travelers arriving in Azerbaijan with an e-visa should use one of the following international airports: 

• Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

• Heydar Aliyev Airport.

• Gyandzha Airport.

• Nakchivan International Airport.

Travelers can exit Azerbaijan by land.

Client Responsibilities 

Azerbaijanevisa.com commits themselves, when and where possible, to the preparation of the client's document/visa in conformity with the received instructions and application forms. It will be the utmost responsibility of the client specifically to verify whether the validity of the visa/document obtained is in effectiveness for the period desired in entering and leaving the country, multiple entries to that country, and is acceptable for the intended purpose.

Service Modifications 

Azerbaijanevisa.com may, at its own discretion, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Azerbaijanevisa.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Third-Party Links and Resources 

The service might provide, and third parties might provide, links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. Azerbaijanevisa.com does not have any control over such sites and resources and is not liable and does not endorse such sites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Azerbaijanevisa.com shall not be liable or responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any use of or reliance on any content, events, goods, or services available on or through such site or resource. Any dealings you have with anybody as a result of using the service, are between you and the third party, and you agree that Azerbaijanevisa.com is not liable for any loss/claims that you might have against any such third party.

Fees and Consular Charges 

The charges payable by the customer in respect of the services provided by Azerbaijanevisa.com do not include any consular charges. All such consular or embassy charges would be the absolute liability of the customer, who has to make a payment in respect of those charges. Consular fees will not be refundable. Azerbaijanevisa.com reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice.

Client Instructions and Liability 

Unless instructions are made in writing, Azerbaijanevisa.com shall not be held responsible for taking steps reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the client or/and in the best interest of the client. The client is fully responsible for any charges which may be incurred for such rendered services.

Dual or Multiple Citizenship 

When applying for an electronic visa, those foreigners with dual or multiple citizenship shall choose the country of nationality according to the travel document to be used in their travel. If the travel document used for an electronic visa application is different from the one used for travel, the electronic visa shall be invalid.

Right to Refuse and Amend 

Azerbaijan-evisa.com may reject, at its total discretion and without explanation, dealing with any application at any time, and modify partly or in whole this Term and Condition as it sees fit.

GDPR Compliance 

According to the Privacy Policy, information we collect is retained for only 90 days. This information is not used or given to any third party, except the Azerbaijan Government, for processing the applications. You can contact us in case you have any queries about the data we hold for you, as mentioned in the Controlling Your Personal Information section of the Privacy Policy. You can also request deletion of your data by emailing at [email protected].

Governing Law 

Any claim relating to, and the use of the Sites is governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of UAE..

Refunds 

Even in the case of refusal to an applicant's visa application by the Azerbaijan Government, fees will not be refunded. Confirmation of the refusal shall be conveyed via e-mail to the applicants.
